FIELD: printing inks.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to magnetic machine-readable paints fixed by oxidation suitable for process of intaglio printing of protected documents. Magnetic oxidation-fixed paint used in gravure printing on substrate, wherein said magnetic oxidation-fixed paint has a viscosity in the range of about 3 to about 60 Pa·s at 40 °C and 1000 s-1 and contains a) at least one oxidation-fixed lacquer, b) plurality of pigment core-cladding particles comprising a magnetic core and an outer layer made of silver, and c) one or more stabilizers selected from benzotriazole compounds.
EFFECT: disclosed are magnetic machine readable paints fixed in oxidation and used in intaglio printing.
