FIELD: liquid purification systems; nuclear technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a self-cleaning liquid purification system and is intended for use at nuclear power plants in sump tanks filters, as well as in any submersible filters used in any sectors of the economy. Self-cleaning fluid cleaning system comprises filtration unit with filtration elements, clean liquid discharge pipe and aerator. Aerator is made in the form of an intake device located in the source of the cleaned liquid at the border of liquid and gas, with the possibility of formation of the gas-liquid mixture at its ingress into the intake device. Aerator is connected by a vertical lowering tube with a storage chamber connected to the filtration unit by means of a hydraulic lock made with possibility of gas-liquid mixture pulse supply.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability of liquid cleaning system due to possibility of its self-cleaning in passive mode.
