FIELD: aircraft engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering and can be used in assembly of helicopter rotor blades, in particular, for performance of technological operation of trim tabs gluing. Proposed device comprises vane fixation devices, pressure unit (5) with screw (11) and means to indicate clamping force. Vane fixation devices are made in the form of lodgement (1) and pressure plate (2) connected by pins (3). Pressure block consists of upper plank (6) and lower plank (8) with bevelled working surfaces (22). Ball support (10) of clamp screw (11) of clamp (12) is fixed to upper plank (6). Lower part of clamp (12) is equipped with spring unit (14) consisting of fixed shell (15) and movable sleeve (16), between which there is compression spring (17) and limiting bolt (18). On movable barrel (16) there are concentric risks (19). Lodgement (1) is made with recess (20), which repeats the theoretical contour of the nose part of the blade.

EFFECT: clamping force corresponding to required pressure for gluing, higher accuracy of positioning the device relative to the blade and reliability of fixation.
