FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of machine building. Positioning device for assembly tooling includes adapter gage adjoining tightly to locating element of assembly equipment in form of lug (2), located in cylindrical element (3), clamps (7) with grooves, strip (8) with slot, angle (9) and clamp (10). Clamp (10) is made with through threaded holes. Cylindrical element is made in the form of shell (3), which external surface is conjugated with inner surface of clamp base (10). On external surface of clamp (10) there are cylindrical bosses (13) with threaded holes. On ends of bosses (13) there is angle (9) made of two flanges, on one of which there are elongated arc holes, wherein surface of this flange is conjugated with ends of bosses (13), and holes of angle (9) are made with possibility of turning the latter relative to clamp (10) by a predetermined angle determined by laser tracker of coordinate measuring system, with simultaneous longitudinal and transverse movements, and on another shelf of angle (9) there is a slot for connection of lug (2) with angle (9).

EFFECT: invention allows improving and simplifying the assembly.
