FIELD: tire industry; repair of local damages of pneumatic tires of various vehicles and other industrial rubber goods by method of vulcanization; applicable in car-care centers. SUBSTANCE: vulcanizer has lower heating clamp hinged to body lower cantilever and installed on tire internal surface with pressing diaphragm secured to lower clamping heater. The latter is hinged to rod. Installed from tire external surface is upper clamping heater with pressing diaphragm secured thereto. Pressing diaphragms are filled with working body to ensure uniform distribution of pressure to vulcanized blank to ensure optimal vulcanization conditions. Vulcanizer has controlling system for matching of operations of installation and securing of tire between lower and upper heating clamps. Rod has ratchet mechanism for provision of reliable and tight pressing of rod and heating clamps to tire surface under operating conditions and free motion of rod upward, downward through definite length in idle stroke. EFFECT: higher quality of vulcanization, convenience in operation and servicing. 3 cl, 2 dwg
