SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a carrier material impregnated and coated with resin; a carrier material impregnated and coated with resin; and its use for production of laminar materials. Method of producing film for panel coating includes steps of providing carrier material; impregnation of carrier material with impregnating dispersion, which results in obtaining of wet impregnated carrier material; and coating composition containing heat-curable resin is applied on wet impregnated carrier material. Impregnating dispersion contains a resin component which contains polyacrylate. Wet impregnated carrier material has total content of volatile substances of more than 10 wt. %.
EFFECT: reduced adhesion of carrier material to plates of hot press during coating of panel, as well as increased flexibility of obtained panel.
