FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry and can be used in development of deposits of heavy oil, oil sands and bitumen. To implement the method of development of deposits of heavy oil, the formation is exposed by at least one injection well and around it by the same radius by several production (producing) wells. First, production wells are switched to delivery mode by connecting microwave generator output to casing upper end via feeder device. UHF action is applied to formation with simultaneous slow rotation of casing pipe together with microwave generator by 360 degrees. Then the casing with the microwave generator is quickly returned back and a new cycle is started. Period of slow rotation is determined from the condition of temperature limitation near the radiators to avoid coking of the formation. Number of cycles is determined proceeding from the total time required to reach the specified reservoir temperature. After achieving the specified bed temperature producers are switched to production mode and oil is withdrawn from the formation. Injection well is left to operate in microwave exposure mode.
EFFECT: technical result is improved efficiency and profitability of development of deposits of heavy oil, oil sands and bitumen, due to uniform cyclic thermal action.
