REFRACTORY PIECES PRODUCTION LINE Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: building materials industry, production of refractory brickwork members of metallurgical aggregates. SUBSTANCE: refractory pieces production line has bunker, doser with grating bottom and drive for its horizontal movement on guides, slide bar of bunker, press with die and traverse and pieces collector, that are mounted in accordance with production line process. Line has horizontal guides fixed on doser, slide bar of doser mounted on horizontal quids and provided with horizontal movement drive, pushing conveyor capable for reciprocation in horizontal in horizontal plane. Press has vertical guides and overload with punch mounted on vertical guides and die has rigidly fixed on traverse connection rods with stops, that contact traverse during die lifting. Die has sliding side walls. Doser drive is made in the form of crank and connecting rod mechanism with pusher and slide bars of doser and bunker are made with capability for periodical contact with pusher of crank and connecting rod mechanism. EFFECT: increased productivity and quality of refractory pieces. 5 dwg
