FIELD: satisfaction of human vital needs.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of audiologic care for people with partial hearing loss and in need of electroacoustic correction of hearing. Disclosed solution is a multifunctional interactive software and hardware system (SHS) and a method for use thereof for objective assessment of the level of subjective satisfaction of the patient with electroacoustic hearing correction results, at that, the complex includes: an isolated room containing a sound system comprising at least four speakers arranged along the perimeter in the corners of the room at a distance of not less than 0.5 m from the walls, providing creation in the patient's area of the acoustic field controlled by the volume level; central computer control device connected by a data channel with a mobile patient control device and a mobile specialist control device, wherein the central computer control device is configured to generate a sound environment script reproduced by the audio system; obtaining and fixing a response from the mobile patient control device during the hearing test and recording the patient's overall satisfaction score with the entire electroacoustic correction integrated result; mobile patient control device is configured to control the audio system; fixing the level of satisfaction of the perception of the sound environment according to the international scale of Likert personal satisfaction; fixation of azimuth direction to point source of sound formed by sound system; formation of patient's response in electroacoustic correction of hearing; mobile control device of a specialist is configured to remotely control modes of operation of the entire SHS.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides instrumental fixation of subjective assessment of psychoemotional satisfaction of patient with complex results of electroacoustic correction of hearing.
