SUBSTANCE: use: for inspecting an object for safety purposes. Invention consists in that security inspection system comprises: at least one luggage trolley comprising at least one compartment for accommodating luggage and configured to pass through the scanning channel; and a scanning device configured to inspect a luggage trolley passing through the scanning channel and accommodating luggage, at least based on the luggage trolley travel speed.
EFFECT: technical result is enabling increase in speed and accuracy of inspection.
