SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to sheet of titanium containing ferritic stainless steel intended for production of flange element of exhaust pipe. Sheet has thickness of 5.0–11.0 mm, surface hardness of 170 HV or less, and the following chemical composition, wt. %: 0.003–0.030 C, 2.0 or less Si, 2.0 or less Mn, 0.050 or less P, 0.040 or less S, 10.0–19.0 Cr, 0.030 or less N, 0.07–0.50 Ti, 0.010-0.20 Al; the rest is Fe and unavoidable impurities. Value of parameter K, defined by ratio K = -0.07 × Cr-6790 × Swab (C + N) − 1.44 × d + 267, is 150 or more, where Cr is content (wt. %) of chromium in steel, the free (C + N) value (wt. %) obtained by subtracting the total content (wt. %) of C and N in the recovered residue obtained from electrolytic extraction from the total content (wt. %) of C and N in the steel, d is average diameter (mcm) of crystalline grains, calculated for polished visually inspected cut surface (cut L) in plane, parallel to direction of rolling and direction of sheet thickness, using method of secants with execution of straight lines, which is defined in standard JIS G0551: 2013, Annex C.

EFFECT: sheet has high impact viscosity and processability.
