FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hot-rolled steel sheet of ferritic stainless steel subject to annealing and cold rolling. Sheet has a chemical composition containing, wt %: 0.004 to 0.030 % C, 1.50 % or less Si, 1.50 % or less Mn, 0.040 % or less P, 0.010% or less S, from 12.0 to 25.0 % Cr, from 0.005 to 0.025 % N, from 0.20 to 0.80 % Nb, 0.10 % or less Al, from 0 to 3.0 % Mo, from 0 to 2.0% Cu, 0 to 2.0 % Ni, 0 to 0.30 % Ti, 0 to 0.0030 % B, the rest is Fe and unavoidable impurities. Amount in the excretion sheet containing Nb is 0.20 wt % or more, and the average particle diameter of said precipitates ranges from 2.0 to 10.0 mcm with reference to the diameter of the equivalent circle.
EFFECT: sheet has required machinability and high dent resistance.
