SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to personal hygiene. Composition in form of moisturizing skin gel contains 1–12 wt. % humectant by weight of composition containing 1 to 2 wt. % trimethyl glycine, 0.1 wt. % propylene glycol and 4 wt. % glycerol; from 1 to 6 wt. % of agent for improving sensation on skin by weight of composition containing 0.1 wt. % PEG-14M, 0.75 wt. % polyglyceryl-3-laurate, 0.75 wt. % PPG-3 isostearylmethyl ether, 0.5 wt. % PEG60 of almond glyceride; from 0.25 to 1 wt. % of a skin conditioning agent by weight of a composition selected from triterpene esters containing 0.5 wt. % of liquid shea butter; from 0.4 to 0.6 wt. % of structure-forming polymer by weight of composition containing carbomers; and a cosmetically acceptable aqueous carrier; where the composition is characterized by pH 4.5–5. Also disclosed is a special case of making a composition in the form of a moisturizing skin gel.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides increased softness, smoothness and reduced fat content of skin.
