SUBSTANCE: invention relates to colloidal systems and solutions. Micellar complexes obtained using the disclosed method can be used in the formula of cosmetic preventive agents having fungicidal and antiseptic action, in preparation of compositions with fungicidal and antiseptic action for application in medicine, veterinary science and construction. Method of obtaining micellar complexes based on copper (II) cations stable in aqueous solutions involves continuous stirring at room temperature of a surfactant of decyl glucoside with bidistilled water until a transparent solution is formed, in which copper acetate is added as a biologically active agent, wherein the solution assumes a blue colour, then a non-ionic surfactant Tween-80 is successively added to the obtained solution as a stabilizer and bidistilled water in following ratio of components: 2 % decyl glucoside, 4 % Tween-80, 0.1 % copper acetate and bidistilled water, wherein the solution becomes colorless, thereafter, the vessel with solution is placed in a dark place for at least one day to obtain a solution with copper (II) complexes in a two-layer micellar shell.

EFFECT: obtained micellar complexes exhibit high biological activity compared to non-micellized forms of copper and stability of not less than a year during storage in a dark place and at least half a year during storage in light.
