FIELD: sports.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to sports equipment, namely to sports and medical systems with possibility of monitoring the functional state of a person during a training process. Disclosed invention can be used to solve tasks to provide control, selection of tactics and algorithm of training based on physical capabilities and physiological parameters of user, as well as for efficient and safe arrangement of training process for any categories of users. Method of training process organization includes user identification, preliminary measurement of static physiological parameters of user using measuring bench, collection and processing of obtained data, automatic generation of training algorithm based on results of processing obtained data, periodic measurement of dynamic physiological parameters of a user during execution of a training algorithm using at least one wearable device. Prior to automatic composition of training algorithm user selects training purpose. During the user's training algorithm execution by means of the portable device, the user's dynamic indicators are periodically analyzed and based on the analysis it is offered to the user to return to the measurement stand, and whether to proceed to the next task of the training algorithm, including on the next exercise machine, or stop the training algorithm execution, including due to automatic shutdown of the exercise machine in case of exceeding the threshold values of the user's dynamic physiological indices and notification of the user; according to the results of measurements and analysis of dynamic physiological parameters carried by the portable device, the training algorithm is automatically corrected. Also disclosed is a system for organizing a training process.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency and safety of training process.
