SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry, namely to a haemostatic composition with reparative properties (versions). Haemostatic composition with reparative properties in form of gel, containing xymedon, modified chitosan and water, with certain ratio of components. A haemostatic composition with reparative properties in the form of a sponge, containing xymedone, modified chitosan, glycerine and water, with certain proportions of components.
EFFECT: compositions described above have high haemostatic property, the components of the compositions provide biodegradability and hypoallergenicity of compositions with simultaneous preservation of high reparative properties.
