FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry, in particular, to development of deposits of high-viscosity oil or bitumen at thermal impact of horizontal wells. Method involves construction of pairs of horizontal production and injection wells located one above another, as well as vertical observation wells, pumping of heat carrier through injection wells with heating of productive formation and creation of steam chamber, product extraction due to steam-gravity drainage through production wells and steam chamber state control, wherein development is carried out with adjustment of current size of steam chamber by changing volumes of heat carrier injection into injection wells and extraction of liquid from production wells with control of volume of steam chamber, construction at the level of formation bottom or level of water-oil contact – OWC of additional wells, through which heat carrier is pumped to create thermodynamic connection with the nearest pair of horizontal wells with further conversion to product extraction. Additional well is equipped with temperature control means of extracted product, boundary temperature of production of this well is determined, at which hydrodynamic connection with nearby production well is deteriorated. At reduction of produced product temperature from additional well to boundary temperature, heat carrier is repeatedly pumped thereto to restore hydrodynamic connection with nearby production well, after which extraction is resumed, further injection and bleeding cycles in the additional well are repeated proceeding from the boundary temperature of the product taken from it. First, abnormal sections with thickness of productive stratum of less than 10 m are determined in deposit, horizontal paired wells at sections with thickness of formation equal to and more than 10 m are drilled at distance of 100±15 m from each other. Additional wells are located in abnormal sections at 70±15 m from nearby production well. In the additional well hydrodynamic connection with the nearest pairs of wells is created by means of cyclic pumping of heat carrier and product extraction, wherein each next sampling time interval increases compared to the previous one. Extraction from the additional well is also carried out taking into account the water content of the extracted product and when the boundary temperature and / or the water cut interval is reached 97–99 % is changed to delivery of heat carrier.

EFFECT: development of method for development of super-viscous oil deposit allowing to work in SVO deposits with sections, in which thickness of productive formation is less than 10 m, and increasing efficiency of product extraction.
