SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of constructing a wind-driven power plant (100), having aerodynamic rotor (110) having rotor blades connections (111). Method of wind-driven power plant (100) construction, having aerodynamic rotor (110), which has rotor blades connections (111), including stages, at which: ballast block (300) is fixed to load lifting beam (300), hoisting beam (300) with ballast unit (300) is fixed to crane hook (410) of crane (400), rotor blade (200) is secured by means of lifting ropes (360) to second crane hook (340) on lower side of ballast unit (300) and lift lifting beam (300) with ballast unit and rotor blade (200) is lifted by crane (400) for blade mounting (200) of rotor in one of joints (111) of rotor blades. Ballast unit (300) has at least one ballast weight (330), wherein ballast weight is selected so that ratio between area of blade (200) of rotor and sum of weight of ballast weight (330) and weight of blade (200) of rotor is ≤ 1 m2/t.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at installation of wind-driven power plant at high wind speed.
