SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lifting system (255) for installation of wind turbine (1, 250). Lifting system comprises measures for load-bearing connection with wind turbine tower and comprises measures to move lifting system (255) up and down along the tower. Lifting system, when it is fixed on already installed part of wind turbine tower by means of load carrying connection, is intended for installation or movement of any segment of tower (31, 32, 56, 71), head of windmill, generator (4), bushing (5, 253) and blade (6, 254) in one or more combined lifts or in one lift.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of wind turbine installation.
