FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry and can be used in operation of wells equipped with downhole sucker rod pumps. In order to implement the method of oil extraction by sucker-rod pump units cyclic forced pumping of gas from annular space is performed. When the rocker head moves upwards in the sucker-rod suction pump, the annular space valve at the wellhead is connected to the pressure tank containing the gas under high pressure and pressure in the annular space is increased. During stroke of balancer head downwards in semi-cycle "injection" of sucker-rod pump annular space valve is communicated with compressor. Gas is pumped from annular space and pressure in annular space is lowered. Compressor pumps gas back into pressure tank. When pressure in pressure tank of certain value is exceeded, gas is bypassed into discharge line. Switching of annular space mode and direction of compressor pumping is performed by changing the position of two three-way valves controlled by automatic control unit. Operation cycle of the control unit is determined by the stroke cycle of the balance beam head and shifted relative to it by the value required to transfer pressure disturbance from the annular space to reception of the sucker-rod pump through the liquid column in the annular space.

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of oil production, reduced loads on sucker rod and head of rocker arm, increased supply of sucker-rod pump.
