FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to various fields of industry, namely, oil, chemical and petrochemical industry, to methods for cleaning inner surfaces of containers, particularly reservoirs and tanks, from hydrocarbon contaminants, such as oil and oil products, and can be used in these areas. Proposed method comprises first washing step. At the first stage, the first working body in the form of a jet is supplied to the treated surface of container 1 and removed by removing flushing products from the treatment zone. Then the second stage consists in rinsing of the washed surface with the second working body - water and removal of water layer by removal of rinsing products, in withdrawal of products of rinsing and rinsing in collector-separator for their rough separation into hydrocarbon, water and emulsion layers. Emulsion layer containing direct and inverse emulsions is returned as the first working medium, into zone of treated surface of reservoir and part of hydrocarbon layer to dehydration station to separate water from it and return it to compensation of losses of water layer. Steam phase formed during processing is directed to condenser 9. Non-condensed vapours containing hydrocarbons are fed into second working medium reheater 8 for afterburning. Accumulated part of the emulsion formed at the second stage of treatment, during rinsing with the second working body - water, is supplied to heaters 7, 8 of the first and the second working bodies and burnt in them together with supplied commercial fuel.

EFFECT: technical result is creation of high energy-efficient, that is technological method of cleaning inner surface of container due to obtaining from cleaning products of cheap heat energy for steam generation, which enables to clean the inner surfaces of tanks and cisterns from pollution with oil products environmentally and economically.
