SUBSTANCE: what is described is a fused protein for prevention of fallowness syndrome (EDS), in which a polypeptide containing a super-spiral-forming unit is associated with a region of the EDS (EDSV) fibrillar protein head region, wherein the head comprises a polypeptide, consisting of amino acid sequence presented by SEQ ID NO: 11, or a polypeptide consisting of the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 11 with deletion, replacement or addition of one or more amino acids; with the exception of a fused protein in which one or more amino acids in the amino acid sequence of the native stem region are added on the N-terminal side of SEQ ID NO: 11, and with exception of polypeptide, in which one or more amino acids from amino acids from the first to ninth in amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 11 have been deleted or replaced. Also presented is an EDS vaccine containing an effective amount of the described fused protein as an active ingredient. Also provided is a kit for measuring the level of antibodies to an EDSV head region in a test sample, containing multimer of fused protein, characterized by that it contains multimer of fused protein.

EFFECT: invention extends the range of products for prevention of fallowness syndrome (EDS).
