SUBSTANCE: invention relates to inorganic materials for ultraviolet radiation solid-state indicators. Inorganic photochromic material with spatial memory effect contains Cu – 0.012–0.015 wt%, Gd – 0.0004–0.0006 wt% and ZnS – rest.
EFFECT: technical result is creation of material with pronounced spatially-selective photochromic properties when exposed to long-wave ultraviolet radiation and color change memory effect ≥ 30 sec.
