FIELD: synthetic materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technical field of underlays made of synthetic materials, and in particular to an anti-slip underlay, preferably intended for use as an anti-slip mat, for numerous applications, as well as to a method for producing the same. A layer of self-crosslinking polymer foam based on acrylate is placed on the substrate material. The polymeric foam layer is formed in the form of a coating surrounding the substrate material. The acrylate-based self-crosslinking polymeric foam is formed into a closed cell and obtained from an aqueous acrylate dispersion. The aqueous acrylate dispersion has a solids content of 35 to 75% by weight, based on the total composition, and the aqueous acrylate dispersion contains at least one additive. The additive is selected from at least one filler and/or at least one blowing agent, and/or mixtures thereof, with at least one blowing agent selected from intumescent polymer particles.
EFFECT: invention provides anti-slip pads in which, even under long periods of use over many months or years, migration of plasticizers and stabilizers from the pad into the surface coatings can be prevented.
