SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology. Disclosed is a method of extracting components contained in a biological sample in a liquid form, a pipette holder and a system for extracting components. Method comprises mixing sample with magnetic particles, suction of mixture from hole into tip containing tubular cone of pipette, gripping magnetic particles on the inner wall of the pipette cone, washing the trapped particles, migrating the magnetic particles from the grip zone to the tip of the pipette cone and transferring the migrated magnetic particles to the well for recovery. System comprises pipette, holder for holes and holder of pipette and magnetic part. Pipette holder comprises a base, a recess in the base for detachable placement of the support for the holes, a tripod for a pipette having a first receptacle for the pipette insertion, and a second receptacle for detachable retention of the magnetic portion.

EFFECT: invention provides use of liquid samples with separation of components with volume of up to 10 ml.
