At least one automated sequence may include performing one or more actions which cause a response in the drilling system. Proposed method may include drilling of at least one automated sequence during drilling operation. Besides, the method may include measurement during execution of at least one automated sequence of one or more responses in the drilling system. One or more responses can be measured in the borehole in which the drilling operations are performed, and on the borehole surface.
EFFECT: method may involve changing a model of a drilling system based on at least part of one or more responses, which were measured during execution of at least one automated sequence.
