SUBSTANCE: device for outfeeding appropriate amount of fluid medium for effective user's hands washing includes pump for fluid suction from reservoir through inlet hole and fluid pressing out through outlet hole; outfeed tube connected with pump outlet hole; nozzle to accept outfeed tube and to outfeed fluid to user; motor; damper connected with the motor and actuating pump for fluid outfeeding from outfeed device when the motor is switched on; processor connected with the motor to determine time period between cycles of outfeeding and motor actuation for one or more cycles depending on time period between outfeed cycles; sensor for user presence detection where sensor is connected with processor. Herewith, when the sensor detects user presence it gives signal to processor input, and the processor determines time period between outfeed cycles and gives enabling signal to motor input to actuate the motor. Also, method of fluid outfeed form outfeed device is disclosed.

EFFECT: device permits to outfeed appropriate amount of fluid medium even if outfeed device was not used for a long time.
