EFFECT: cat scratcher has small dimensions in assembly, in the form of rectangular parallelepiped in stretched state in case of location on a flat surface and provides after stretching of honeycomb paper aggregate installation of scratching tabs for cats from honeycomb paper filler both on objects or walls of flat shape, and on objects or walls of curvilinear surface with coating of this object.
