SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing fine-pore, water-frothed, rigid polyurethane foams and/or polyisocyanurates by interaction of polyisocyanurates with polyol component as an emulsion. Invention describes a method for preparing fine-pore, water-frothed, rigid polyurethane foams and/or polyisocyanurates by interaction: (A) polyisocyanate with the content of NCO-groups from 20 to 48 wt.-% with (B) polyol component consisting of (1a) at least one bifuctional polyol not mixing with water of molecular mass 150-12 500 Da, (1b) at least one polyol of complex polyester or polyol based on polyether and complex polyester of molecular mass 100-30 000 Da; 2) water; 3) catalyst, and 4) accessory substances and additions. Also, invention describes frothed in the form polyurethane foam or polyisocyanurate foam with the content of opened pores 85%, not less, thickening degree index 3%, not less, and size of pores 90-100 mcm. Indicated polyurethane foam or polyisocyanurate foam can be used as a filling agent in container building, for filling market and industrial refrigerating units.
