SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to control falling asleep. The patient performs diaphragmatic breathing (DB) with a frequency of 5-6 times per minute. The patient is given the task to accompany each DB breath at the moment of presentation of the sound stimulus by pressing the “РВИ” button. The process of falling asleep is controlled by asynchronously pressing the “РВИ” button in response to an audio stimulus. The last press of the “РВИ” button is considered the time of sleep onset.
EFFECT: method provides acceleration of the process of falling asleep with the ability to control the stages of transition from wakefulness to sleep.
