SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio communication. Said technical result is achieved by the fact that the UE generates processing time information which indicates the processing time supported by the UE, and the UE transmits processing time information to the network device. Processing time information comprises a UE processing time corresponding to the target parameter, which contains at least one of the following parameters: target UE category, target subcarrier spacing or target carrier bandwidth, and UE processing time is the time required for data processing in case UE equipment configures the target parameter.
EFFECT: technical result is improvement in communication characteristics.
