SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication equipment and can be used in wireless communication systems. In order to realise the described result, in accordance with one aspect, the method in the network node comprises selection of one or several blocks of resources contained in the target part of the bandwidth for transmission or reception between the wireless apparatus and the network node. The method additionally comprises indication of the selected resource blocks subject to use in the target part of the bandwidth, in the information resource allocation field of the downlink control channel in the active part of the bandwidth, the allocation field comprises information bits, wherein the resource allocation field in the active part of the bandwidth and the information bits therein are configured on the basis of the type of resource allocation of the target part of the bandwidth, wherein the type of resource allocation of the target part of the bandwidth indicates whether the information bits comprise a bitmap corresponding to one or several groups of resource blocks, or an integer value corresponding to the initial resource block and the allocation length, in the resource blocks.

EFFECT: increased quality of communication.
