SUBSTANCE: disclosed is method (300) for providing feedback to a user of device (10) for cleaning the oral cavity. Method includes steps of: (i) obtaining (330) from sensor (28) of oral cleaning device data on plurality of orientations of device for cleaning mouth cavity in user's mouth during cleaning session; (ii) extracting (340) from the obtained data information on one or more stable orientations of the oral cleaning device in the user's mouth during the cleaning session, wherein the stable orientation is orientation of the oral cleaning device maintained by the user for a time interval exceeding a threshold value; (iii) comparing (350) information on one or more stable orientations of the oral cleaning device with one or more expected orientations and (iv) provide (360) feedback to user on cleaning session based on analysis of compared one or more stable orientations.
EFFECT: disclosed are methods and systems for providing feedback on a cleaning session.
