FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering, in particular to hydroelectric power plants. Energy generator comprises housing 1 in form of vertical vessel filled with liquid 6, in which there is platform 3 with opening in upper part, inner part of which has bell shape, means 5 for giving positive floating platform to platform by means of air accumulation, arranged on platform bottom side 3, channel 4 connected to hole in platform top part, openings connected to channel 4, valves 9 installed between channel 4 and facility 5, turbine 2 arranged on platform 3, made with possibility of rotation under action of liquid 6 flowing through channel 4, and equipped with means of transmitted electric power transmission, facility to prevent rotation of platform 3. Turbine 2 is also configured to rotate under the action of air discharged through valves 9 from facility 5.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improvement of energy generator operation efficiency.
