FIELD: pyrotechnic production.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pyrotechnic productions, specifically to production of electric ignition compositions for cartridge primers to non-lethal weapons. Electrically ignitable composition contains colloidal gel-like lead trinitroresorcinate (TNRC) or its mixture with fine-crystal TNRC, as well as methyl cellulose as a water-soluble binder, in the form of water-based methylcellulose lacquer.

EFFECT: use of water-containing initiating explosives increases safety of fabrication of components and equipment of articles due to lower sensitivity of wet compositions to all types of possible technological effects.
