SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of implementing a plurality of synthesis processes for producing a radiopharmaceutical agent in a series and devices for its implementation, which can be used in the pharmaceutical industry. Disclosed is a method of implementing a plurality of synthesis processes for producing a radiopharmaceutical based on 18F series, involving a first synthesis cycle comprising: a) providing water containing 18F; b) capturing 18F from water provided at step a) on an anion exchange substance; c) eluting trapped 18F from the anion-exchange substance into the reaction vessel of the first radiopharmaceutical synthesis cartridge; d) preparing a radiopharmaceutical comprising eluated 18F using a first cartridge for synthesis of a radiopharmaceutical; where steps a)–d) are repeated in at least one subsequent cycle using another cartridge for synthesis of the radiopharmaceutical; and where the method includes a step for reducing said anion-exchange substance between two consecutive cycles. Also disclosed are a cartridge and an apparatus for carrying out said method, the device comprising: a frame; an inlet for introducing water containing 18F; an anion exchanger containing an anion-exchange substance connected to said inlet; container with eluent containing eluent connected to said anion exchanger; a recovery container comprising a reducing agent, connected to said anion exchanger; distribution means for selective delivery of eluted 18F into cartridges for synthesis of a radiopharmaceutical; wherein each cartridge is connected to said distribution means. Said cassette comprises at least one manifold provided with a plurality of valves, which can be connected to device and controlled by it; anion exchanger containing an anion-exchange substance; container for eluent containing eluent; a recovery container containing a reducing agent.
EFFECT: novel effective method and apparatus for producing radiopharmaceuticals, which enable to obtain a plurality of batches of radiopharmaceuticals.
