SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a composition for immunostimulation in treating diseases selected from a tumor disease in chemotherapeutic treatment, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome and leukemia. Composition for immunostimulation in treating diseases selected from a tumor disease in chemotherapeutic treatment, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome and leukemia, comprising: a bacterial strain, belonging to the species Lactobacillus reuteri , identified as Lactobacillus reuteri LRE03, with depositary number DSM 23879, deposited on August 5, 2010 Probiotical SpA in the German collection of microorganisms and cell cultures (DSMZ GmbH), and a strain of bacteria belonging to the species Lactobacillus salivarius, identified as Lactobacillus salivarius LS06, with depositary number DSM 26037, deposited on 06.06.2012 Probiotical SpA in German collection of microorganisms and cell cultures (DSMZ GmbH), in weight ratio of 1:5 to 5:1, where said composition has a bacteria concentration from 1x108 colony-forming units (CFU)/g to 1x1012 CFU/g.
EFFECT: composition described above is effective for immunostimulation in treating diseases selected from a tumor disease in chemotherapeutic treatment, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome and leukemia.
