SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to equip buildings and vehicles. In particular, disclosed is transparent substrate (30), provided on the main side with a set of thin layers, comprising at least one or only one metal functional layer (140) with reflection properties of infrared and/or solar radiation, in particular, based on silver or containing silver metal alloy and two antireflection coatings (120, 160). Each of said antireflection coatings comprises at least one dielectric layer (122, 126; 162, 168), and said functional layer (140) is located between these two antireflection coatings (120, 160). Under said functional layer (140) in direction to substrate (30) and/or above said functional layer (140) there is at least one layer of nickel oxide NixO with arrangement of at least one layer or single layer of other material between said or each layer of nickel oxide NixO and said functional layer (140).
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of specific surface resistance after high-temperature treatment.
