FIELD: glass industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a transparent substrate, in particular from a rigid mineral material, such as glass, and can be used to produce heat-insulating and/or sun-protective glazing. In particular, disclosed is transparent substrate (30), provided on one main side with a thin-layer system comprising at least one and even only one metal functional layer (140), capable of reflecting infrared and/or solar radiation, particularly based on silver or metal alloy containing silver, and two antireflecting coatings (120, 160). Each of said antireflection coatings comprises at least one dielectric layer (122, 126; 162, 168), and said functional layer (140) is located between said two antireflection coatings (120, 160). At least one layer of nickel oxide NixO (135) is lower and in contact with functional layer (140) in direction from said substrate (30), and the physical thickness of said nickel oxide layer NixO (135) is at least 0.3 nm, or 0.6 to 8.0 nm, or 1.0 to 5.0 nm.
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of surface resistance and, consequently, reduction of emissivity, after one or several high-temperature heat treatments such as bending, and/or quenching, and/or annealing, and/or instantaneous heating.
