FIELD: manufacturing technology; production of composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: method of making part from composite material, comprising the following steps: pressurizing a fiber structure of suspension (150) containing powder from refractory ceramic particles (1500); removal of liquid (1501) from suspension (150), which has passed through fiber structure (10), while maintaining powder of refractory ceramic particles inside said structure so as to obtain fiber preform (15) filled from refractory ceramic particles (1500). Injection equipment comprises mold-pattern (110) from porous material, including inner casing (113), in which fiber structure is placed, wherein suspension (150) is introduced into fiber structure (10) through at least one injection hole (134) present in injection equipment and leading into inner casing (113) of mold-pattern from porous material (110 ). This equipment, in addition, comprises shell (130) made of rigid material, in which form-template (110) of porous material is retained while pressurized suspension (150) is introduced and while liquid (1501) is removed from said suspension, wherein liquid (1501) of the suspension is removed through at least one outlet (135) present in the shell from the rigid material.
EFFECT: disclosed is a method of producing part from composite ceramic material by injection of a filled suspension into a porous mold.
