FIELD: composite materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for manufacturing a part of composite material. The method includes following stages: injection into a fibrous structure of a slicker containing at least powder of refractory ceramic particles or particles of a refractory ceramic precursor in the form of a suspension in a liquid phase; then, filtration of the liquid phase of the slicker and retention of powder of refractory ceramic particles or particles of the refractory ceramic precursor inside the specified structure to obtain a preformed fibrous workpiece filled with refractory ceramic particles or particles of the refractory ceramic precursor after compaction of the fibrous structure by processing refractory ceramic particles in the fibrous structure to form a refractory matrix in this structure. According to the invention, the method contains a stage of preliminary saturation of the fibrous structure with a liquid carrier, carried out before the stage of injection of the slicker, which consists in pumping the liquid carrier into the specified structure.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a part of composite material by the method with the possibility of proper control over the application and distribution of solid particles inside the fibrous structure in order to obtain material with very low residual porosity and, consequently, with improved properties compared to parts known from the prior technology level.
