FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of liquid mineral resources, particularly hydrocarbons, and can be used in operation of wells operating preferably at oil, gas and gas condensate fields. According to method in flow line of fluid substance there preliminarily placed means for feeding into flow of at least one marker substance in form of molecules or particles or at least partially in form of particles, with known flow rate q and known concentration of marker substance in unit volume n1, concentration of n2 marker substance in volume of current substance is measured. Consumption of current substance is defined as q (n1/n2-1) provided that n1 is greater than zero, using a marker substance placed in the microcapsules, wherein the material of the microcapsules used is a material which is insoluble in the components of the current substance, separating the microcapsules from the stream of the current substance, microcapsules are dissolved without damage of marker substance and consumption of required component of current substance is determined. Marker substance used is at least silicone compounds or polysaccharides.

EFFECT: technical result achieved during implementation of the developed method consists in increase of informativity about flow rate of fluid medium through preset sections and accordingly on flow rate in real time mode.
