SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a gas mixing system for creating a mixed biogas stream which comprises: a biogas feed source which provides a biogas feed stream having a first energy content; a first sampling probe for sampling said biogas feed for analysing energy content; analyser for analysing energy content and outputting data signals reflecting it; a control unit for receiving said energy content analysis data signal and transmitting a control signal in response thereto; a purified gas source selectively communicating with the possibility of transferring fluid medium with the above biogas raw material flow and located downstream of the said first sampling probe, wherein cleaned gas source selectively provides purified gas having known energy content exceeding said first energy content; valve, communicating by means of signals with said control unit to respond to transmitted signal, wherein said valve is intended to control the flow rate of cleaned gas from said cleaned gas source, wherein said valve is configured to actuate between first open position and second closed position, wherein said valve, while in said first open position, selectively enters said purified gas into biogas feed stream to create mixed biogas stream, when said first energy content falls below a predetermined minimum value; a second sampling probe for sampling said mixed biogas stream, wherein said second sampling probe is located downstream of said purified incoming gas source, for analysing energy content and checking energy content of said mixed biogas flow by whether it corresponds to or exceeds said predetermined threshold value; and output of said mixed biogas stream. Also disclosed is a method of mixing a stream of biogas feedstock from a first one, which is used in the system described above.
EFFECT: technical result is the creation of systems and a method of detecting, increasing and maintaining the established energy content of the biogas stream at the level of a predetermined minimum threshold value of combustion energy, and also disclosed is the development of new systems and method for selective introduction and mixing of purified gas of known energy content with a stream of biogas raw material to obtain mixed biogas output, which meets predetermined threshold value of energy content, obtain mixed biogas output, which meets the requirements of known energy content, system and a method for mixing biogas to provide a threshold energy profile of the combustion energy, in part based on the detection, monitoring and control of the corresponding flow rates of the purified control gas and the biogas feed stream and creating a gas mixing system for automatic monitoring of the energy content of the treated biogas and increasing its energy content when adding purified gas after detecting that the energy content has fallen below the selected threshold value.
