SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transfer device and method of material transfer. System for tight connection of first and second working volume with alpha port and beta port with external control, containing alpha port assembly and beta port assembly, in which a) alpha port assembly comprises: i) a flange configured to be attached to the insulator and forming a port; ii) a door configured to be connected to said flange in a closed position, thereby closing said port, wherein said door is movable to an open position, in which the port is open; b) beta-assembly assembly comprises: i) a flange configured to be attached to a transfer container for accommodating the transferred material, wherein said flange forms a port; ii) a door configured to be connected to said flange in a closed position and configured to move from a closed position, in which the door is tightly coupled with the flange and the port is closed, into the second, open position, in which the door is moved from the flange and the port is open; wherein in the second, open position, the door is connected to the alpha port door in such a way that both doors can move with possibility of material transfer through the ports, and where the alpha port and/or the beta port comprises a security element configured to move between the extended and folded position, and when the first port and the alpha and beta ports are tightly coupled to each other, protective element can move from the folded position to the extended position, thus shutting off the connection point of the first flange assembly and the second flange assembly, thereby providing the possibility of material movement along them, while simultaneously protecting the material moved along them from possible contamination from the connection point.
EFFECT: technical result is providing a sealed connection of 2 volumes.
