SUBSTANCE: product for increasing plant yield and protecting them from diseases is proposed, containing autolysates of Pseudomonas aureofaciens VKPM B-2883 (VKMP- All-Russian Collection of Industrial Microorganisms), Bacillus megaterium VKPM B-607, containing poly β-hydroxybutyric acid and Bacillus subtilis VKPM B-3679, a solution of macro- and microelements, coniferous extract, glauconite, chlorophyll carotene paste, Trilon B and water at a given ratio of components and a method for its preparation. The method for the preparation of the product for increasing plant yield and protecting them from diseases provides for separate cultivation of bacterial strains Pseudomonas aureofaciens VKPM B-2883, Bacillus megaterium VKPM B-607 and Bacillus subtilis VKPM B-3679 on nutrient media to obtain cultural fluids. Resulting cultural fluids are mixed in a ratio of 1:1:1, a solution of macro- and microelements is added, and the resulting suspension is held until the cell lysis is completed, followed by the introduction and thorough mixing of glauconite, coniferous extract, chlorophyll carotene paste and Trilon B at given ratios. At the same time, the bacterial strain Pseudomonas aureofaciens VKPM B-2883 is cultivated on a meat-peptone broth at a temperature of 28±1°C for 36-48 h with mixing to optical density of 50-60 units. The bacterial strain Bacillus megaterium VKPM B-607 is cultivated on a nutrient medium containing yeast extract, peptone, sodium chloride, agar and water at given ratios at a temperature of 30±1°C for 10-12 h with mixing to optical density of 100-150 units, and the strain of subtilis bacteria VKPM B-3679 is cultivated on a nutrient medium containing yeast extract, peptone, sodium chloride, agar and water at given ratios at a temperature of 30-38°C and with mixing to optical density of 80-120 units.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to expand the range of bacterial preparations for increasing the plant yield.
