FIELD: veterinary science.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary science and represents a method for treating injuries of a tendon-ligamentous apparatus in horses, comprising administering a preparation based on an alcohol extract of velvet antlers and arabinogalactan, it differs by the fact that the preparation is administered subcutaneously along the injured tendon in dose 2.5–3.5 ml 3–5 times every 5 days. Use of the offered method of treatment widens possibilities of treating injures of a tendon-ligamentous apparatus in horses.
EFFECT: invention extends the range of methods for treating injuries of a tendon-ligamentous apparatus in horses and enables accelerating recovery of sports and working horses.
