SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary medicine, namely to veterinary therapy, and can be used to stimulate regenerative processes in the horse's body. Agent consists of extract of mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) and a conditioning medium obtained during cultivation of MSCs, with agent obtained using the following steps: de novo isolation or deconversion of MSC culture from bone marrow or adipose tissue of horses, cultivation and accumulation of MSCs, obtaining and collecting the conditioned medium, obtaining the extract of MSC by freezing-thawing the cell suspension, adding glycine at a concentration of 20 mg/ml to the mixture of MSC extract and conditioning medium, sterilization, bottling, freeze-drying.

EFFECT: invention can be used in clinical practice in the treatment of injuries of the skin and musculoskeletal system, disorders of the gastrointestinal tract and respiratory system in horses, to improve the living standards of aging animals; also, the agent contributes to adapting horses to sports loads, while the agent is stable by adding said glycine concentration.
