FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for fodders production. Technological line for receiving and processing of tuberous roots comprises feeder-batcher, scraper conveyor and washing-grinder. Feeder-dosing unit of trailing type includes frame with onboard platform and hinged inside receiving tray, hydraulic drive and unloading screw conveyor. By means of two cylinders the tray is lifted by an angle of up to 60° and its lowering with fixation in any intermediate position due to switching of the handle of the hydraulic actuator. Direction of movement of tuberous roots in the screw conveyor is from the feeder-dosing boards to the center. Drive of unloading screw conveyor is performed from tractor power take-off shaft via V-belt drive. In grinder-grinder there is a single-stage grinding device. It comprises cylindrical housing, inside of which there is a vertical auger conveyor with variable pitch decreasing in direction of fodder product movement. By its lower and upper ends the auger conveyor rests on thrust bearings located, respectively, in the lower support of the knife block and in the upper support. Auger conveyor is driven by geared motor via chain gear. Replaceable block of knives is fixed to the lower part of the housing by means of hinged screw clamps, which enable it to be quickly removed and installed. Blades are made of rectangular plates, sharp edges of which have double-sided sharpening and are located in grooves of replaceable unit at distance from each other at angle of 90° and fixed against falling out by means of annular stop.

EFFECT: higher quality of prepared fodder due to uniform distribution of tuberous roots along the whole line.
