FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture. The device contains a frame with a hopper, an unloading auger, a conveyor and a chopper. The frame and the hopper are a whole welded metal structure. Inside the bunker there are two restrictive grids and two drums. Restrictive grids are installed in the bunker above the drums at an angle that ensures smooth and uniform sliding of root crops. Drums in a horizontal plane, in relation to each other, are arranged in parallel, represent a cruciform shape, the side faces of which have a U-shaped rubberized surface, are fixed to the side walls of the bunker through bearing supports and are driven by a gear motor through a chain transmission. The unloading auger is located in the casing in the center of the hopper at an angle of 45° to the horizontal, has a constant winding pitch, and its lower and upper output shaft ends rotate in bearing assemblies. In the upper part of the auger there is a blade, with the help of which the washed root crops are thrown into the grinder. To drain contaminated water and supply clean water, a tap is provided in the lower part of the casing of the unloading auger, which can be connected to the treatment plant. In the upper part of the unloading auger for additional washing of root crops with a clean water jet, a comb is provided inside the casing, which is also connected to a cleaning plant. The drive of the unloading auger is carried out from the electric motor through a belt drive, closed from above by a casing. The conveyor is designed to remove soil impurities and includes a box-shaped casing of a rectangular shape, a double-chain conveyor belt with metal scrapers and a drive in the form of an electric motor. The cutting mechanism of the chopper consists of two parts: the lower one is movable, having a hinged pin connection on one side, and on the other side, three screw clamps, which are a hinged screw with a wing nut, and the upper one is fixed, having a rigid connection with the unloading auger body. At the bottom there is an unloading window, and at the top - a loading window. Inside the upper part at a distance there are knives having a double-sided sharpening and in the lower part a hinged joint in the form of a pin, which is fixed from axial movement on both sides of the upper part of the cutting mechanism with the help of washers and cotter pins. At the top, the knives are installed in the grooves of the upper part and are held in them by a locking mechanism in the form of a bracket and three bolts. Inside the cutting mechanism there is a drum having a U-shaped profile in the longitudinal section with blades, between which knives are placed with a gap at an angle to the axis of the drum. The drive of a grinder is carried out from the electric motor.
EFFECT: expanding the technological capabilities of the proposed device, increasing the productivity and reliability of its operation, as well as the quality of the finished feed and reducing the energy intensity of the process of cutting root crops.
