FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of helicoidal propellers for wind-driven power plants. Screw has helicoidal shape and includes frame containing shaft and web forming blades. Blade web is solid throughout the screw. Frame includes upper and lower guides coupled with shaft, and outer, inner, middle generatrices, conjugated with upper and lower guides, shaft in holes for spokes has bushings with conjugated with one end of their spokes, and the second end of the spoke are conjugated with the inner and outer generatrices located on the lower and upper guides. Conductor includes a base, a cone for formation of the outer generatrix of the screw, a small cone for formation of the middle generatrix of the screw, and a cross-piece. Proposed method comprises stage-by-stage making of screw in conductor and consists of sequence of actions: from conductor base, cone for formation of external generatrix of screw, cone for formation of middle generatrix of screw, crosspiece, conductor is assembled, in the conductor a frame is formed, holes are drilled in the shaft for upper and lower guides and spokes, the shaft is placed in bearing supports, in the drilled holes in the shaft the upper and lower guides, bushings are installed in holes for holes, inner forming is formed and fixed on shaft and on upper and lower guides, external forming screw is formed according to conduction cone structure to form outer generatrix of screw, external generatrix is fixed on guides by means of retainers and attached to it a helical shape, the middle screw generatrix is formed in the design of the small cone of the conductor to form the middle generatrix of the screw, fixed on the guides by the retainers and attached to the helical shape, in the frame pins are installed, fixed by means of fastening connection using a bolt, the wires are welded to external and internal generatrices and bushings, bushings are welded to the shaft; the formed screw frame is balanced in the conductor; after balancing, the screw frame is stretched with an integral web; the web is impregnated with liquid resins and equipped with amplifiers.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at simplification of screw manufacturing technology.
